What aspect of IT do you specialise in? 

IT Support and administration

What does your role include on a day to day basis?

1^st and 2^nd line support, Helpdesk tickets, planning projects and documenting processes.

What are your hobbies outside of work? 

Ladies' football, specifically Cardiff and Wales. I do follow the men's game as well, being an avid Liverpool supporter and of course our home team Cardiff.   

Since Covid hit, we have not holidayed abroad, opting for staycations instead, around Scotland, Northumberland, West Wales and we have developed a renewed love for Cornwall. 

Our labrador, Ralph, is the center of our world. As a family, we use Ralph as an excuse for a long walk, that generally involves the pub along the way, or at the end!

I love meeting up with old work/school friends too - I have 3 groups of friends that I meet up with regularly, once you have me as a friend, I am a friend for life!!

To relax, I love a good book. Give me a new Lee Child, Michael Connelly or Harlan Coben book, and I am 'gone' for the day!
